All Cleanings Includes:

A regular cleaning often down weekly or every week. It is recommended a deep clean occurs before regular cleaning to allow for ease of upkeep.

    • Scrub the shower/ bath tub

    • Clean,sanitize and organize the sink

    • Detailed cleaning of the whole toilet

    • Dust baseboards

    • Removing trash and putting trash bags in the trash bin.

    • Dusting the lamps
      Dusting cobwebs

    • Vacuum and wash the floors

    • Inside microwave

    • Surface cleaning of the appliances

    • Clean, organize the counters

    • Wash the sink

    • Clean Top of the stove
      Remove trash and put in new bag

    • Clean the cabinets

    • Dusting cobwebs

    • Vacuum and wash the floors.

    • Dusting all the surfaces

    • Moving as much as possible including furniture to clean the surfaces and under furniture.

    • Remove any trash and place in a new bag

    • Organizing (Inside closets not included)

    • Vacuum and washing floors

Deep Cleaning Adds:

A bottom to top cleaning perfect for spring or fall cleanings. Encouraged before beginning regular cleanings.

    • Cleaning Walls

    • Wiping down any areas that need deeper scrub.

    • Dusting deeply including all cobwebs under furniture.

    • Washing all woodwork

    • Washing all baseboards and trimwork

    • Cleaning doors inside and out

    • Cleaning and wiping all windows and frames.

    • Cleaning all lighting fixtures, fans, globes and outlet covers.

    • More detailed cleaning on the tub/shower to enable ease of maintenance on regular cleanings.

    • Top of cabinets

    • Inside fridge and oven (may incur extra charge)

    • Inside cabinets and drawers (may incur extra charge)

    • Moving all furniture to clean under and behind.

    • Removing all cushions to vacuum and clean underneath.

    • Every decoration cleaned individually including all wall art and decor.

Move Out/Move In Cleans:

A deep cleaning that includes inside cabinets, inside closets, inside oven, inside fridge, pulling out fridge and stove to clean the sides, under and behind. This cleaning is highly customizable depending on client’s needs.

Post Construction Cleans:

A deep cleaning that includes a focus on construction dust, painting residue and any construction residue.

Vacation Rental Turnovers:

Vern’s is happy to provide turnover cleaning service for vacation rentals on a limited basis. These cleans require a seasonal deep clean and include all the services offered in a regular clean plus:

  • Freshening up supplies (soaps, paper goods) as needed

  • Ensuring the outside areas (deck, patio, etc.) are tidy

  • Ensuring the laundry room is tidy

  • Laundry (must have a second full set of sheets/towels clean to allow for us to take laundry off site for cleaning).

  • Leaving a light on

  • Additional tasks can be discussed, we are always happy to help!
